Jenna Sliwka is one of the co-directors of Ascend Movement Collective. She has been dancing since the age of 2 studying ballet, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary, hip hop, and pointe. She brings a lifelong passion for dance to Ascend Movement Collective. Her love for teaching dance blossomed early helping her develop a deep understanding of dance education! She started as a teaching assistant at age 11 and began student teaching at 13 and co-teaching since 2021. She cultivates a fun, safe space where students can explore their creativity and grow as dancers.

Jenna teaches ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and acro. She also choreographs for Ascend’s competition team and community pieces.
